BECOMING TOGETHER RETREAT
What if Five Days in Sedona Changed the Way You See Each Other - Forever?
Introducing Becoming Together: An intimate, off-the-grid mother-daughter retreat near the red rocks of Sedona.
You love each other. Deeply. But life gets loud.
Between the hustle, the history, and old patterns that refuse to die, it is incredibly easy to slip back into
surface-level conversations. You don't need a generic girls' trip - you need a sacred space to connect as who you both are becoming, not who you used to be.
When a mother heals, her daughter feels it. And when they heal together? Magic happens.

Testimonials
TRANSFORMATIONAL SHARES FROM PAST EXPERIENCES
"I loved the connection face to face with women walking the same path as me. This provided me multiple days of feeling peace and growth and healing, which feels like a path to direct me and give me hope for the future."
"I have been working on healing for many years, but still found myself stuck. The deeper I got, peeling away layers of trauma, the more I needed somatic experiences to help my body release trapped emotions and trauma. I was able to do that at this intensive."
"I loved ALL tools we learned while we were here. I know I will use them going forward. The connections I made with the other women were very meaningful. I felt loved."
"Having the opportunity to unplug from the day to day requirements of life allowed me to set a deliberate path forward that is clear and focused - versus reactive. Taking back control of my nervous system and outlook was critical for my journey."
"I am so grateful for the energy of the facilitators at this retreat. I felt so safe to express and just be what I am. They are exceptional at modeling healthy behaviors and responses. I enjoyed all of the different experiences and was grateful for the variety. This was one of the best experiences of my life. I’m so glad I came and grateful to the staff!"
"This was the most transformative experience for my mind, body, and spirit. I made my somatic soul sisters for life. I have lessons that will remain with me for days, weeks, years to come and I have new tools to continue working on healing on my own."
"This retreat has truly been informative and transforming. It gave me the reboost and strength I needed to continue on my journey. Being able to connect with other women and learn from the facilitators has been invaluable. Learning to be more in-tune with my body will continue to help me for the rest of my life. So so grateful."

binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration
Association, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
Each party shall bear its own costs in mediation. In arbitration, the prevailing party shall be
entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. The parties expressly waive any right
to a jury trial.

competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to
make it enforceable, or severed from this Agreement if modification is not possible, and the
remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and Rooted and Rising
Healing, LLC with respect to the Retreat and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
